Being a person that regularly attend the gym in the beginning of it can be a little bit hard. People who first start the gym usually tend to continue it not for a long period until they get tired of it. Some of them go to the gym but they are not actually consistent on that. There is a couple of reasons that indicate on people to get demotivated at the first time. Depending on the people, there is people who attend the gym at summer time, or there is people who prefer to go to the gym at winter time and by that period they’ll try to get that shape and than ignore it or take a long break for a while. Some of them try to not cancel it completely, but they procrastinate a lot by rejecting the days of the workout. They try to find an excuse for every workout they miss, for example they prefer to stay home rather than take the road to the gym when it’s raining, they prioritize on finishing other daily tasks first, rather than going to the gym. Another reason on why people are not motivated to go to the gym is because they feel lonely when going to the gym and they would prefer to work with somebody else, some of them choose to go to a gym where is cheaper and basically all it has in it is old equipment, overcrowded area and all the other bad stuff that would make every person who struggles to go to the gym even more demotivated for that.

To be one the people who no matter what always finds a motive to go to the gym, should be a lot of factors to be included. First things first you have to find your “WHY” when you attend the gym. Whatever your why would be it should always be long term, because remember fitness it’s not a temporary thing, it is a lifestyle. The why for somebody can be because they want to have a good health when they get older, some of them try to attract girls, or maybe some of them just are so out of shape and they want to see their body transform.

The other thing that you should always remember is that, imagine after that day that you procrastinated to go to the gym, and than somehow you made it to do the workout, did you feel that satisfaction on yourself, did you feel that achievement that you just did? it is just amazing how we feel when we do not give up on ourselves. The after reward than is big because your body will start to love the gym day after day, you would be boosting your’s body energy in an enormous way, and what is most importantly is that you are going to create a habit on actually just going out there and finish the workout.

Motivation in some cases is hard to find but trust me, if you follow those steps that i just showed you above would help you a lot on not stopping your exercises .
