For as long as we know, we are aware that consistency is one of the key elements when it comes to seeing results at the gym. The gains, the build and the process is possible only when you attend the gym at the regular basis, on time, every time. By that i mean being strictly in accordance with your schedule at the gym gives your exercises a full meaning, which is the ability to see the change on your body performance, ability make the muscles clearly visible on the outside and all the other benefits that comes with that. Failure to keep the balance of doing exercises, failure to attend the gym, or missing days, will have bad results for our body. Because of not showing up on your time that you’re supposed to do your exercises, can cause you disruption of order and discipline. A disruption of discipline than sends you to a creation of a bad habit and than this habit will start to grow bigger and bigger in your mind, so you will get comfortable with it and will start to consider not a big deal when you miss a day at the gym. If you think that it’s not a big deal, well i am here to prove you the opposite. It happened to me when i first started the gym, i was being strict on the schedule and attendance for only three months. After three months something happened and i started to reject my attendee at the gym, and i did for the second time, and then again for the third and continued like that for a while, until i understood the importance of showing up. All that hard work that i did for those beginning months was gone, and than i had to start from point one, from where i started for the first time. This is the reason why it is a big deal to not show up in the gym.

Well, to fight this phenomenon, that i think almost one to every three people who go to the gym suffer from it,  there is a solution for THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAVE A HARD TIME TO DO THE EXERCISES ALONE.

The reason why i specified the sentence above with capital letters is because i want to specify it to the people who have a hard time to show up at the gym if they do it alone . Now there is somebody who does not have a problem on doing exercises alone, and besides that, they are even more efficient and more productive when they do the exercises alone. But, there is a specific group of people who get to bored and all they need is someone to join them when they do the exercises. And the solution is that! Don’t do it alone, let somebody join you, invite a family member or a friend, or socialize with the people in the gym so you can set a schedule together and exercise. Now, if you do that same as in my case your performance will grow, your interest will grow up, and you are 3 times more likely to show up in the gym rather than if it would be to do it alone. The reason behind it, is because having somebody to join you will make the gym more fun. Secondly together you will be helping each when it comes to lift heavier weights, you will learn from each other new exercises and last but not least is that, errors and chances of injuries while doing the exercises will decrease dramatically. This is because you have your body that is watching you all the time. Yet, going to the gym is so important if you really want to have results, and the consequences of not showing up are obviously so big so that can turn you at the point you were when you first started. Now, not everybody have a chance to really find someone who are going to join them in the gym, however being consistent, and regularly attaining the gym is the main goal for everyone who wants to see the results, but finding someone who can join you can help you a lot in your performance.
